Appointment Policy

Purchases and services are final and there are no refunds. Lucky Lady Tattoos reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, not everyone is going to be a good candidate for permanent makeup.

​Consultation

Appointments​

All appointments require a $50 deposit that goes toward your procedure price. All deposits are non refundable or transferable. 

During your consultation we will discuss shape and colors for your procedure. We will also set up your procedure appointment during your consultation. Your consultation will take approximately 20-40 minutes.

Cancelations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid loosing your deposit. If you are more than 20 minutes late you may have to reschedule your appointment due to other appointments.

Children and additional guests
Due to importance of this procedure children and other guests are not allowed with you during the procedure. Please understand that the procedures will take a significant amount of time and you will be unavailable during the procedure.

Procedure Instructions
If you arrive to you appointment without following the proper pre procedure instructions you will forfeit your deposit  and a new deposit  will be required to set up a new appointment.
